DJP Workshop - COVID requirements

The wellbeing and safety of participants and instructors is of primary importance at Doug Johnson Photography. In doing our part to support this commitment, DJP is requiring that all participants have completed the Covid vaccination protocols for full vaccination by their workshop start date, as defined by the CDC:

People are considered fully vaccinated:

2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

If you experience any Covid symptoms while traveling to and during the workshop, Covid-19 Antigen Rapid Self-test kits will be on hand and are required. If a positive test is the result, Doug Johnson Photography will use the CDC isolation exposure calculator to determine isolation protocols

I attest that my selection below is true.

I have already completed the vaccine protocol and am fully vaccination, based on the CDC’s definition (see above).

I plan to receive the vaccine in time to be fully vaccinated (based on the CDC definition above) by the start date of the workshop I am attending.

I will not be able to comply with these requirements and will contact Doug about withdrawing my participation in the workshop.
